What is it about?
This two-day masterclass will help you understand and gain hands-on experience of how to succeed in digital transformation in a world characterized by uncertainty, complexity, unpredictability and ambiguity – the VUCA world.
You will learn the theory behind complexity, future readiness, digital transformation, and platform economies. You will also master specific methods and tools you can use to develop and design your transformation process towards a digital future.
